Notes for Application

Please read the Guideline of UNICEF Club first.

 

  • Teacher Advisor or Chairperson please complete the UNICEF Club online annual registration by 15 October.
  • In case your school needs more time for committee/member recruitment, please also first complete the online registration by 15 Oct and email the full list of UNICEF Club committees/ members later.

 

How to set up UNICEF Club 2024/25?

At least 1 Teacher Adviser with 4 students as Executive Committees

 

  1. UNICEF Club has to
    • organize at least 3 activities in schools OR
    • organize 2 activities in schools and participate in 1 UNICEF HK's activity with 80% attendance.
  2. UNICEF Club is required to report to UNICEF HK regularly through Annual Plan, Activity Proposal and Activity Report.
  3. UNICEF Club should maintain close cooperation with UNICEF HK, all members and teacher advisors should check mailbox regularly for receiving information regarding to the UNICEF Club matters.
  4. If change of information is required, please contact UNICEF HK by email as soon as possible.
