Notes for Application

Please read the Guideline of UNICEF Club first.

 

  • Teacher Advisor or Chairperson please complete the UNICEF Club online annual registration by 7 November.
  • In case your school needs more time for committee/member recruitment, please also first complete the online registration by 7 Nov and email the full list of UNICEF Club committees/ members later.

 

How to set up UNICEF Club 2025/26?

At least 1 Teacher Adviser with 4 students as Executive Committees

 

  • UNICEF Club has to: 
  •       At least 3 school activities; OR
  •      Organize 2 school activities and participate in 1 UNICEF HK's activity
  • UNICEF Club is required to Submit the Annual Plan, Activity Proposal, and Activity Reports on time, and report progress regularly to UNICEF HK;
  • UNICEF Club should regularly check and follow the latest updates from UNICEF HK and the UNICEF Club.
  • If change of information is required, please contact UNICEF HK by email as soon as possible.
